Many libraries that apply for and receive reimbursements or discounts from the E-Rate program are required to create a technology plan to support their requests. While the resources in this section will help provide some guidance on those requirements, we would also recommend that you work with the E-Rate coordinator at your state library to meet all of the requirements and deadlines as defined by your state.
