    Based on the 2000 census, this free site allows users to generate maps and tables for the number of people speaking one of 30 languages, plus seven less commonly spoken language groups in the US. Results are displayed in color-coded maps by state, county or zip code, or in table form for the entire US, state, county, zip code or metropolitan area.
