Every Child Read to Read (ECRR) is an early literacy program that focuses on building literacy skills in children from birth
to age five.
Through funding made possible by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services library staff throughout Indiana

all 239 public libraries received an ECRR kit and all libraries and 201 branches received a copy of the book Early Literacy Storytimes @ your library: Partnering with Caregivers for Success.
