The resources found in this section were all part of the March 2006 workshop (Boston, MA) that focused on strategies and skills that can help libraries build increased support and funding for their services. They include workshop materials and presentations that describe how to better measure a community's needs and libraries' impact on a community as well as how to advocate on behalf of libraries. A list of online resources is also provided with links to additional tools and guidance.
